Principle and character: By the transmission rod, the motor drives the main shaft to turn at a high speed, making the spinning tool fixed in the spinning tool seat and the fixed tool in the fixed tool seat conduct the relative shearing movement.  When the material enters the crushing room through the hopper, the tool group comminutes the material by means of high-speed shearing and tearing.
